Printing
All three formats print. Which one to reach for depends on what you are doing.
- One page, right now
- Use the print button on the design itself. The page is set up to print the drawing alone, with everything else removed.
- Several pages
- Download the PDFs. They carry their own margins, so a batch comes out identical.
- A different size
- Take the SVG. It scales to any size without going soft.
Paper
Ordinary copier paper is fine for pencils. For felt tips or markers, heavier paper — 120 gsm or more — stops the colour showing through. For paint, use card.
Settings
Print at 100%, not "fit to page", if you want the margins as they were designed. Black and white or greyscale is enough; there is no colour in the file. If the fine lines look grey, turn off any "draft" or "toner save" mode.
